      Meeting the first and third Tuesday of each month, Rowlett Writer's Workshop is an active blend of experienced writers with a variety of writing backgrounds and those new to the art of writing.  The group is open to any writer who desires to pursue his or her creative bent.  Published and unpublished writers are welcome.

      The meetings are designed to offer current publishing and market information, advice, in-class writing assignments, and support.  All writers are an integral part of the group and are encouraged to share their writing for feedback and critique.

      Rowlett Writer's Workshop is a local writer's group and is not affiliated with any national organization.  There are no fees or dues required to be a member.  Meetings are held in the conference room at the Rowlett Library.  See map for directions.
